The outer and inner skins of the panels can be manufactured with Aluminium, Pre-galvanised Steel, or a combination of both. You have a choice of finishes available: mill finish, anodised, or powder coated. We ensure your panels are finished to perfection. Finishes not only reinforce the durability of the panels against environmental corrosion, and general wear and tear but also determine the look of the panels in your curtain walling or window system.
Kencar specialises in Rockwool Fabrock mineral wool insulation, providing a Euroclass A1 non-combustible core material, with the option of an additional layer of foil-faced insulation applied to the inner skin if required. Our state-of-the-art in-house facilities enable us to produce insulation to almost any thickness and shape, reducing lead time and manufacturing costs.
To enhance the structural integrity of the panel a hard edge can also be incorporated and supplied in either Fabrock Hard, PVC, or Cement Particle Board, depending on your design needs.

Our Strata 1 comprises of a flat outer skin, a FABROCK core, and a flat inner skin. Fabricated at 1.5mm, 2mm, or 3mm thick aluminium with a variety of sizes and finishes to suit the desired aesthetic of your building project.
Our Strata 2 insulation panel comprises a flat outer skin, a FABROCK insulated core, a high-density perimeter core, and a single flat inner skin. The higher density perimeter core has a higher yield strength and can allow for higher clamping forces to be applied.
Our Strata 3 insulation spandrel panel comprises of a flat outer skin, a FABROCK insulated core, and a tray inner skin. The Strata 3 design allows for thicker insulation that benefits builds that require higher thermal and acoustic insulation.
Our Strata 4 insulation panel comprises of a flat outer skin, a FABROCK insulated core, a flat inner, and a PVC perimeter. The perfect option if your build involves toggle glazing.
