Project: Greenwich Peninsula 19.05

The Greenwich 19.05 development stands as part of the bold regeneration of London’s Greenwich Peninsula, combining contemporary architecture with durable, precision-engineered finishes.

Project Information

Our team at Kencar Ltd delivered 200 square metres of rainscreen cladding, finished in RAL 3009 Matt Axalta Class 2, a deep, warm red that perfectly complements the surrounding stone and brick façades.

Our scope extended beyond rainscreen panels to include the copings, cills, and bracketry throughout the project.

The coping system on this project was particularly noteworthy, designed to withstand abseiling access at any location across the facade. That meant every detail had to be robust, reliable, and built for the long-term performance.

It became quite simply, the most engineered coping system we’ve ever produced, incorporating 5mm S335JR bracketry and 4mm S335JR base plates beneath all copings. the result was a system that delivered strength and stability while maintaining a refined architectural finish.

The meticulous level of design and fabrication ensured not only compliance with safety and performance requirements, but also the aesthetic precision demanded by a high-profile London development.
