Kencar’s Strata 4 spandrel panels comprise of a flat outer skin, a FABROCK insulated core, a flat inner, and a PVC perimeter. The perfect option for toggle glazing.
The glass is retained by a system of toggles that are screw-fixed into the gridwork. It is then fitted in slots along the edge of the strata 4 insulation panel. All joints are then sealed externally with silicone giving a neat and simple finish.
Front and back skins can be fabricated in 1.5mm, 2mm, or 3mm thick aluminium at modular sizes to suit the desired aesthetic of the build. They can be supplied polyester powder coated, anodised, or mill finish.
Kencar specialises in Rockwool Fabrock mineral wool insulation. This provides a Euroclass A1 non-combustible core material, with the option of an additional layer of foil-faced insulation applied to the inner skin if required. Our state-of-the-art in-house facilities enable us to produce insulation to almost any thickness and shape, reducing lead time and manufacturing costs.
